Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status at any time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@glowtherapyco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be unused or gently used (we understand you need to try the product!)
- Proof of purchase is required
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@glowtherapyco.com. We will help you find the perfect replacement!
WARRANTY
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All GlowTherapy Co devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device malfunctions during normal use within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
